? removing grass/sod

I got a request to remove approx. 2000 sq. ft. of grass/sod from around a playground area (outside of mulch bed, inside of sidewalk), so that the HOA can expand the playground area out to the sidewalk that goes around the playground. I will be using a Bobcat to remove it, and the area's are 65X14 and 76X14. What would you charge? I will already have the bobcat from doing another job in the same neighborhood.

whatever your costs are(don't forget the cost of labor) + 100%

Determine your rate for the Bobcat. Mine is 100 minimum with $75 per hour after that. Depends on how long it takes. Take into account your disposal fee and truck time as well.
