HELP Subbing out Paver Job

Hi,

I am taking several of you guys advice.
I am going to try to sub this paver sidewalk out.

How do i need to go about this ... about what % do i need to make off it and what do i need to front the sub with.

and if any one has a SUB CONTRACT/ AGREEMENT i would greatly appreciate it being sent either to me by fax or email...

Why sub it out .........your can on the line if he screws it up. Get a finders fee, introduce him to the client....give him a glowing reference and his name is on the contract.

and for what ...you wont know any more than you did yesterday.
Tell the guy your finders fee is to be able to help him....extra laborer etc

Jump right in. Best way to learn. Guys on here will walk you through it.

Well i have a lot of other stuff going on and will check up on him as he is doing it. Its really a nice one to start off on but i think i can make more money by subbing it ...

How much should i make off it if i do sub it and lets say its a $1000.00 labor job?

I tack on 10% of total job if I think I'll get the job.
