Im looking to upgrade to a 7x16 or 8x16 enclosed and was wondering is it possible to get three machines inside? I have a Ztwo 60 and 52Wb and look to add another 52 WB. I was thinking the 60 Ztwo would have to be turned facing sideways. Anyone have an ideas? And would the 7x16 handle three machines?

Keeping in mind that most ztr's are 7 feet long, unless you can turn them inside.

What if I had a side gate and and put the ZTR up front and the WBs in back?

Even with the Z sideways I doubt you could get them in a 16'er and still close the door. It would also have to be at least a 8' wide one to turn a 60" ZTR around sideways once inside the trailer. On a side door I don't know if you could get one bigger than 48" because of the frame supports spacing issue on the side walls, which wouldn't help with those size mowers. I think you will have to get a 20' probably to be safe.

I dont even want to think about pulling a 20 footer.

Believe it or not you won't notice a big difference between the 16 and 20 footers. The width is the main factor with an enclosed (to a point)

I would think that it would be difficult to load the ztwo from the side all the time. You'd always have to make sure you had clearance for the ramp.

Also---I can fit a 48in wb and two 60in ZTRs in my 20 footer with over 2-3 feet to spare so I suspect it is doable to put two wb's and a Z in a 16 footer. Just put the Z in the back or you will have to turn the wb's sideways which is a pain in the neck by the end of the day.

You need to measure everything. I just got a 7x16 and I can fit in 3. I have a ZTR and two WB. I just have to butt the front of the second WB up against the back of the ZTR.

I work with a guy and when i use my Z when i help him we have 2 Zs both full size frames his is a 60" and mine is a 52" and then there is a 36" side ways up fronts..(which is a B!TCH to do all the time..) and he also has a 48 Turf Tracer but i dont think there is ANY way we could fit that in there Maybe wrong though....IMO 18 footer is the best size you can get

Here's something I;ve done over the years when I want to add a permanent piece of equipment to my enclosed trailer:
-get lots of pieces of big cardboard
- cut and tape pieces to together enough so that you have the exact "footprint" of each machine that will live in the trailer.
- you can then lay these patterns different ways in the trlr to see what your options are.
- tape measures dont really give you the sense of how crowded it will be in there but the footprints do
