What Would Be The Easiest Way To Charge, To Aerate And Or Seed A Lawn After You Areate ?? I Was Thinking If It Would Be At My Advantage To Charge By The Hour + Seed/fert Or Sq Ft..? I Just Didnt Want To Measure Every Lawn......

For aeration 15.00 per 1000 square foot
For seed double the amount and add labor cost

I Just Didnt Want To Measure Every Lawn......

in time you wont have to. as far as pricing it all depends on your area .

I would measure, unless you are working in a area where all the lawns are about the same size. it just takes a few minutes and could keep you from loosing $ on seed if your off on your guestimate.

I agree with Indyturf, you need to measure the lawn.... atleast till you get comfortable in guesstimating. Challenge yourself.... after you measure a couple, take a guess on the next couple and then measure them to see how accurate you were. Either way you want to make sure that you have enough product to put out.

By the way, we charge by the sq. ft. here.
