I live in Ontario Canada, of the people who live in Ontario, do you all charge GST & PST for grass cutting, cleanups? Thanks Chris

No GST or PST charged. I keep my invoices to less than 30K per year......therefore do not legally have to charge tax.I do half invoices, half cash. I also apply for GST rebate every quarter.

A word of warning.....once you apply for rebate(s) you must submit reports every three months without exception.

I have an accountant do all this but with the tax software packages now available you could easily do it yourself.

You only have to charge GST if your over 30,000. Lawnnorder, what do you mean you don't charge GST. Do you mean to tell me you don't claim that 30,000 in cash?
