View Full Version : Spraying in the wind....
-I just bought a Roger's Sprayer-where I live this is going to be a definite advantage. Wind is always blowing here...It will be nice to be able to spray without the concern. Guy on the phone says you can spray with the wind running at 15 to 20mph! Any of you guys own a Roger's? What do you think?
The grass is always greener... on a pro's lawn!

I don't know, I've never heard of that. 15 to 20 mph wind speed is kinda too windy for spraying......but then again, I'm not familiar with Rogers. Ever heard that wise men never piss in the wind, I would think this pertains to spraying also. Just a thought.

I have heard of the No Drift sprayer, but I'm not sure of the name of it. It has shields on it to keep the spray from drifting and it even has an end shield so you can get close to flower beds and not get spray in them. The one I heard about had wheels on the ends of the booms to follow the contour of the turf. I will try to find out the brand name.
