Foreman / Team Leader meetings

Does anyone have these types of meetings held by their guys in order to receive feedback of field issues or concerns your staff has?

my foreman takes care of everything , from the cuban cigars to the dominican girls to the cristal on ice to the cash in envolopes !:laugh: , just sit back and enjoy life if u get a good foreman

Every time my workers are out doing there job, i give them a speech about the tasks for the day and the goal for the day as well, i also tell them upcoming tasks during the month, im sort of like the buffer btwn the owner and the workers, so i want to make sure the workers have there say and the owner has his say!!! foreman is a very important job you must keep yourself busy with your workers at all times!
