going to be inserting this in the local paper
looking for advise before i clean this up
it needs quite a bit of work yet but this is the principle i was thinking of going with.

It looks like the logo was all scribbled over. Besides that, I think its good and to the point.

Your logo, while not exact resembles the one on this page http://www.realgreenlawns.com/ very closely.
Is the muscular grass blade a common icon?

I think you are about a year late.
Jerry, you are too late. I think this guy has used your logo anyways, and if so shame on him. Don't let him get away with that, you probably worked hard and paid good money for that logo.

The only difference is the name and the color behind the logo. thats not right, a good logo will only cost you around $140 buck to get your own original logo. why steal someone's and then post it on lawn site?
