I'm looking at purchasing a Cub Cadet HF1748 17hp, hydro, floating 48" deck. can anyone offer any input?

MTD bought out the International line of mowers over 15 years ago. If you like MTD, then get it. I would check them all out first. I'm not familiar with that model number, but if it's a W/B mower, I would check out other models too. If it has pistol grips, they can tire your hands out. I hear there are much better ones out there.

If it's the rider, keep looking. Demo them all and then decide.
