Sam's Club

I got a call today from "Home Service Store" its part of Sam's club for the "Elite Members". Apparently thay have a network for services such as landscaping. He said he is looking for companies that are looking for work and offer me some. I guess if he likes your company he adds you to thier list. Has anyone else heard of this? good/bad? Wondering what to expect it this meeting.
