Wow! Sounds like a real estate contract. Anything in there about if they give you the contract that you have to give them your first born(lol). Hey I would through in a cluase about "Free bisc. n gravy, sweet tea, and chicken fried steak". Anyway, 14 pages that is a lot.

only 14??? you never met bobby then!

Maybe that is where Bobby was for about a month.. Writing Cracker Barrels new contract.. and then having to trim it down to only 14 pages from the 30 he had.

I can tell you this, if the corp files bankruptcy and they own you money, there is a chance of adios denaro. We lost a fortune when a chain electronics store filed.

14 pgs is a bit much for a landscape agreement. For me, that would set of the "WARNING" light that they may be a pita to service...my contracts are 3 pages and are painfully detailed so 14 would make me think they are off their rockers...( now I just made an accidental funny!)

Cracker Barrel and rockers...get it?? I think I have too much time on my hands....

The only contracts I can ever remember signing something that big was a mortgage agreement...a 14 page contract for simple lawn/landscaping services is IMO rolling you over a barrel (now that's funny Gary  ).

We just bid on (2) Cracker Barrels this past week. The new RFP/Contract isn't very hard to dissect. Don't be afraid of it. By the looks of the two companies that did our places before, they did a poor job and probably a lot of managers complained to coroprate headquarters saying they don't have a contract or sheet of 'to do's' to show landscapers when they aren't doing what they were told to do. Don't back down, go for 'em man! Our bids came out around $8,000 a store

WOW, our CrackerBarrel doesn't even have any grass to mow. It's all mulch. Sounds like someone has way too much time on their hands. We bid a huge realestate company's various properties and it was worse than last year. They had everything but the way to start your mowers. (but they did have the time of day and the days you could not mow.:nono:
