I am also looking for any feedback on the following.....

1. employee evaluation forms ( for feedback, and reviews)

2. Expectation forms ( what you expect from your employees)

I am sure many of you have something in place so that if the employee fails to meet your expectations you have something to fall back on legally. I am dealing with the headache of employees this year and it is obviously a huge topic to talk about. ANY help at all I would appreciate!! thanks
