Depends on what is on your doorhangers. If it involves any coupon incentives, I would start puttingthem out sooner to be sure I got anybody that was on-the-fence about their existing lawncare guy and considering trying a new guy. Get them B4 they commit to the status quo.

We started doing our doorhangers in NC last Friday and will continue through the week. Passed out about 400 already and got three calls...still waiting.

People are already advertising in our area. Was riding thru a plan of new homes, and I saw next to the mailboxes on the ground at the end of each driveway a flyer rolled up with a gumband. I stopped and picked one up, they were from a landscaping company.

I think that is really sad that some one is too lazy to get out of their truck to advertise. They just rolled it up and threw it on the ground. That seems to be a insult about the company to me... They don't care about peoples property and just throw trash on the ground, thats just slack!!!

We use door hangers... We put our guys in golf shirts and walk door to door. I just feel that if you are going to roll something up and throw it on the ground, you should be delivering newspapers because you sure want get any business landscaping.

You guys are already advertising? We just got 2" of snow, I don't think I will be getting any calls if I start hanging the door hangers now.

has to be a little spring weather to get there minds thinking about the lawns... if there is still snow on the ground, your advertisments might end up in the trash...you dont want that...

going to be a great year zim bob......keep at it buddy:)

That's the first thing I thought of when I saw them. Where's the Mowing, Edging, Trimming? Or Basic Lawn Service? Just curious. Look good though.
