I recently purchased an Isuzu NPR Diesel with an 18' Womack landscape body...What type of fuel mileage should I expect?

Several factors play a role in your fuel mileage. Is it standard cab or crew cab? What year model and is it a NPR HD? My newest truck is a 2003 Isuzu NPR HD crew cab with 18 enclosed box and custom dovetail. The NPR HD carry more weight and get a little less fuel mileage. Mine's a diesel and i get around 13 miles per gallon fully loaded.

Not related to the topic but there a sweet truck. I drive one durring winter at times for Lawngodfather. All I know is you should expect very good gas mileage.

The Isuzu is a 2000 NPR diesel with 151000 miles on it.The GVWR is 12000 so I would assume it is not a heavy duty. The cab is a sigle tilt over. I paid 13500 with a brand new Womack landscape body. What do you think did I get a good deal?

I have a 2002 NPR HD crewcab diesel. On the freeway flatout at 70 mph it gets 12 mpg. Around town pulling the trailer I have never really checked it, but I think its also around 12 mpg.
