Hey guys.....

Im not completely un savvy and have 22 years in the industry, and one past stint as an owner and Im at it again.

I have a nice letter packaged and ready to go to Real estate companies and Management companies.

I was ready to drop them in the mail tomorrow, and wanted some input on timing.

Our main service is maintenance.

Live in southeast Michigan....still cold and were ready to breach that March First date......

I know a lot of contracts are already in place but for new uncontracted business......what would you do.

Timing in this business is key when your marketing is limited and specific.

Whats your thoughts.....2 weeks early? Or three weeks late.

Start now and continue to saturate for the next 6 weeks.

Yes, and anyone savvy knows spring is comin. We'll be cutting in 6 weeks....maybe 7.

One page flier, monthly all year.
Not sure what your package is but if it is costly maybe only to the ones that call you. This time of the year make up 6 different fliers and sent to the target customer each week.
Keep the look the same but change the offer a little or high-lite a different service.
