bed clean up

I am wondering how many of you charge for extra large bed clean ups.
By the job itself or by an hourly rate? The beds will be cleaned up by by foreman, and or another employee. I estimate it will take somewhere around 15 to 25 hours. (1 man) It is hard to say exactly because the beds are all over the yard (1/2 acre) and each bed is in different condition. (fair to horrible)all are various sizes as well. Any takers on this question? I seem to be having some bad luck getting anything answered lately any comments would be very helpful and appreciated! thanks again to everyone. Jeff

I'd bid by the job itself, but bid high. Just look at each bed as an individual job, and estimate the worst case.

One thing I've been doing lately is giving the customer a "will not exceed" price. Bid high, and if they take it, you're covered if it turns into a nightmare, and if it's easier than you expect it to be you can tell the customer that you saved them some dough.
