Aeration Contract

Do any of you have a contract that you would be willing to submit that waves you of all responsibility caused by underground ubstructions while aerating?

I think anyone with aeration experience has had that PITA customer who thinks it isn't his fault that you hit his Invisible Fence or cable wire when it was just "buried" below the sod.

This is a constant problem. Dog fence is supposed to be just 2 inches below the surface to work correctly..Aerators go 2.5 to 3 depending on moisture...

Best bet is to have the customer flag everything...dog fence, sprinklers, cable tv, low volt lights and etc. Then have them sign off on a disclaimer that you are not responsible...If they will not do this then walk..The time you will spend on repairs will eat anything you make.
