What are you guys getting for small jobs on a truck? All our big jobs 15+ we sub out to earthscapes ,but the small ones we do in-house.Just wondering ???

We try for $45-$55 yard.

We lower the price on larger jobs where it's more feasible to use one of our blower trucks.

If you dont mind me asking, how come you sub out 15+ yards of mulch. I can definitely see if it was over 50, I would think about subbing out. Do you make pretty good money subbing it out? Or are you not compensated by the other company? Just wondering.

I've never charged by the yard. I've always given a labor estimate and a materials (mulch) estimate. However.. I just went through all my mulch jobs and caluclated my "per yard" charge.
For all my mulch jobs in 2005, average was $67/yard.
Highest: $120/yd
Lowest: $51/yd
Average: $67/yd
