Did someone say fishy?

If it was repoed, then how does it come with even a few accounts. Something does not add up here???? Won't you fill us in.

Wait a minute. How was it "repo'ed""? Under NC Law the only thing that can be repo'ed without court action is a licensed vehicle. So under NC Law only the truck and trailer could be repo'ed. The only way the other stuff could be taken in NC is if some company sued the person and got a judgement and the court ordered it seized and sold. BUT even then that is highly unlikely that happened because NC Law also says that the Courts cannot seize and sale tools or equipment used to produce income. Also even in the highly unlikely event it was seized under judgement it MUST be sold at Public Sheriff's Auction, the repo man only picks it up for he Sheriff and he cannot dispose of it. You also cannot have a "secured" interest in "soft goods", i.e. mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc. in NC. That is why you see Mower Finance Companies state they have a "secure" interest in the mowers, "except in the following states", NC is always one of those.

And you dang sure can't "repo" accounts....even just 3 or 4.....something is wrong here.

Just admit it, you got in way over your head, don't have a clue what's going on and you just want an easy way out.

1st it was not realy repoed it was just abandoned back to the original owner for lack of a better description. the accounts are 3 buisness es that have this season left on 2 year contracts. the price i have for the truck is what kbb.com says it is worth to sell.
I have my own paid for equpiment I want to see if i can get a good deal on a couple ofthings Blowers and teh 36 wb (i dont have anything less than a 48in , by taking on the whole to sell off parts , I just want a price and not a smart Arse comment . someone with helpful comments i appreciate and morons that have nothing better to do. go back and look at the cartoon network or something.

I would say truck and all about $5,000. This is just what I would pay for it all, but I haven't seen the equipment either. Good Luck. I hope have been of some help to you.
