Howdy all
Here's my story
After selling the family business late last fall (Dad's 72, wanted to retire, and I couldn't come up with the $500k he wanted, (fair price, all inventory & no blue sky)) and am finishing up with my commitment with the new owners for transition training with their management, buyers and of course the customers, I have decided to go into the lawn care business.
Of course this web site has been extremely helpful in answering almost all of the questions I could think of regarding equipment, licensing, and advertising.

I will be working by myself (I need a break from employee problems).
I'm going to try to do mainly residential and a few small commercial properties
(I purchased a new TTHP 36", 5x10 trailer, will use my existing 21" mower until it quit's, Stihl commercial KombiSystem trimmer & edger, and misc hand tools, rent a Blue Bird aerator, and so forth)

However I am having trouble with a name for this venture.
Here are a few I have come up with:
1-Jim's Lawn Care
2-Jim's Mowing & More
3-Greenfield Lawn Care
4-Greenfield Mowing & More
5-Field of Green Lawn Care (I kinda like this one, kinda sorta my name, but not)
or sell all the equipment and the house, get a 71 pinto wagon, reel mower, hand trimmers, move under a bridge, and call it
Scrubby McScrubs $10 Mowing :)
Sorry, kind of went off on a tangent there and used the s word.

Anyhoo, any and all input would be appreciated.
Thanks
JG
