Mapping from GPS coordinates???

I have a proposal i need to put together which consists of 150+ properties which cover many counties and they are mostly listed by GPS coordinates. i have never ran into this large of bid and was wondering if there was a way to map the route using the provided coordinates to get an idea on drive time since most of the labor will be mileage. Thanks!

You can plug the coordinates in, but the distances will be line of sight. Roads obviously do not go direct, so you would have to add some for that, but it would give you an idea.
