I wouldn't get an accountant just yet. You need to get a tax ID with the IRS. That would be the next step. Go to irs.gov and get all that stuff taken care of. I wouldn't get an accountant unless you have like 50 or more weekly jobs. Unless you really think you need one! Hope this helps!

no it is not a miss print I was doing this P/T maybe 3 to 5 res. a yr. trying to get bigger a commercial. !

Find an accountant, make your company a "sole proprietor" (that is when you use your ssn) set up a bank account and make some money.:drinkup:

A sole proprietor is a good way to start.Work with a accountant they will be able to tell you when or if it's time to Inc. or LLC. Start a bank account in the business name. Make sure to tell your insurance co. (vehicle) once your'e using it for the business it may not cover you.
