pricing townhome complexes

is there a standard minimum (per unit) or simple formula for pricing townhome complexes for year round full service grounds care including mowing, bushes, fertilize/weed control and snow plowing?

That depends. If the townhouses are in a nice part of town, they're willing to pay more, just make sure that you deliver the goods. I have one that pays about $18 per unit, and that's under-priced, so they'll be going up next year, I think. Then I have one that pays almost $30 per unit and that's a nice one to have. I would say that somewhere between $25-$35/40, depending on the headache that it's going to be to keep it up. I can say this, they can be some of the most stable customers.
As far as snowplowing goes, I really can't say, seeing as how if it snows here, everything shuts down =-).
