need help quoting lawn apps

fist of all, I am new to this board & I look forward to visiting daily to learn new ideas from the pros in the green industry:cool2:
I have experience in the lawn care industry,however I finally took the big leap and started my own busines.
my ? is how does everybody (I know we all have our own secret formulas) price doing lawn care Quotes?
I have decided to do the following ---
+++ if you prepay for 4 or 5 apps the price will be (example ($33)
+++ if you do 3-4-or 5 apps (and pay after)he price will be (example $39)
+++ if you only do 1 or 2 apps the price will be (example $50)

I beleive this woud discourage people who only want 1 or 2 apps

That pretty much how we do it, I would drop the 3, 4 or 5 thing and just say 5 app program gets this price per app. We offer a 5% discount if a customer decides to pre pay, you could offer a bigger discount if you like.:cool2:
