Hey guys,
With man power shortages the way they are here in Southeast Texas after hurricane Rita, we just don't have the available man power to take on any new residential accounts this year. We are generally 90 percent commercial properties anyway, but we still get a ton of calls from residentials wanting their yards cut.
For the past 3 weeks we've been getting 2 to 3 calls a day from people wanting bids. I'd be more than happy to pass those on to a newly budding LCO just starting out in our area. Hate to see all those bid request just going to waste. If they pan out into a signed contract, send me a ten spot or something. Heck even a six pack sounds good.
