How much do I charge-Dethatching?

I need help on what to charge for a dethatching job. It is approx 3000square ft, mostly level yard. It is in pretty bad shape because of dry summer last year. I figured that I would have to go over the entire yard at least 3 times. I will be overseeding with a Kentucky Blue/Perrenial rye mix and will topdress with either mushroom manure or peat moss. I would appreciate any help you guys could give me on this.
