since anyone can get on this sight I'm not too exicited about divulging any info on this subject....should I not be concerned??

I will say this hot shot. At the LVLIA conference there was a speaker who went through several costing methods. For that inexpensive joining fee I bet you could get that info. I heard #'s at the conference of $175 to $300 per fixture. Much would depend on the cost of living in your area..what your market can bear. Are you in a large city in ohio or small town?
