I'm posing this question here because I'm not sure that it necessarily addresses and 'irrigation' topic...
I am looking for a setup that would allow me to water planting beds in areas where there is no water available, i.e. outside plumbing access. I've seen some 'sprayers' in several hort. supply houses that are designed for spraying pest/fert and am wondering if they would be sufficient for irrigation purposes. Does anyone out there use some type of system like this? I see that the pumps on these sprayers are generally 12 volt systems that would run off the truck bat. and they put out only 1 to 2 gpm. It doesn't seem as thought this would be enought water pressure to do watering? Any thoughts?
