spraying equipment

Hello
I am new to the chemical application world. I am mid way through my applicator liscence right now. But I am tring to make arrangments for why type of set up I need to spray lawns.
I was thinking of a pull behind sprayer for large lawns.
But for the small inner city yards, what do I use? A tank in the truck, with a pump and a bunch of garden hose.

What are you guys using?

I picked up a gregson clark spreader mate just for what you are talking about on the city lots. I wanted something small and quiet for that early start in the morning. It's not cheap but is well built.
