tube for front tires of Fastrak

Can someone tell me the proper tube size for the front tires on a Fastrak? The tire size is 11 X 4.00-5NHS. Does the tube use the same designation? I was hoping to find the correct preloaded Slime tube like the ones in other sizes sold at Lowe's.
One of the tires deflated when I was using the machine (reversing, I think) and now there is a slow leak at the rim--bead not sealing I reckon.

The tube generally is the same size as the tire.
Not sure if they have that size in the Slime offerings.
