Kawasaki FB460 V manual

Hello,

I have a problem whith a kawasaki engine FB460V but I haven't repair manual. It is on a Whell horse 212-5B lawn tractor bought 20 years ago. In Belgium, it is impossible to have the repair manual. Is there anyone have this on a file?

I realize this is an old tread and I'm sorry to open back up. This was great I to was looking for this Service Manual. But I'm also looking for the Owners Manual. Does anyone know a link to one on the web? Thanks
