What type/brand of fertilizer does everyone use on Korean Boxwoods? What time of year is best to fert these shrubs?

I usually use Fertilome Shrub and Tree Fertilizer on all my plant installations and root stimulator. I believe people are fertilizing now around this area.:usflag:
