if u're just riding and want the smoothest easiest ride ever get a slider, if u have alot of concrete i wouldn't recomend it unless u wana spend 40 bux for a new plate after u tear one up by running over concrete...email me for details, they are the best though (for most operations)<br>jeffrey@tedorkin.com

i got one, it works really good. got three years out of the first plate and just put a new one on for $40.<br>i like the idea that you can either walk or ride and can switch over on the fly in about 1.3 seconds.<br>
