Last season a bolt holding a idler pulley sheared off. I got the broken bolt out with an easy-out, no problem. Fixed the pulley and also replaced a pneumatic belt tensioner that was broken a the same time. (Walker Part/exact part #)
Now I am having a problem with the pulley that attached to the pneumatic tensioner wanting to touch the deck due to the tension on the belt. I have checked the bushings in the tensioner bar and ensured all the hardware is properly installed based on the parts guide. Whats the deal folks?
