View Full Version : Briggs 4HP engine spark plug gap?

Could someone tell be what is the spark plug gap for a Briggs 4HP engine. The engine is an early '80's model, it is white, and has the metal shroud. I just bought a plug for it today, but need to know the gap for it.

Sure, is that what it's supposed to be? I don't have a manual for it.

Matt, Thats right out the manual, If I don't know specs. I look them up instead of guess.

Well then, thanks Rob, I'll gap them to .030.
