What size loam is being sold around the country? And what type of screening is done to get an optimal product? We are using a trommel, and produce a 1" minus product year round. We have either straight topsoil or compost, or a combo. When it is dry enough we screen down to 3/8". This can usually be accomplished by May, but is difficult to do in March or April. Just curious.
