wat % is a spring clean up ????

I am giving a price to this apt place and i know how much they pay for 6 months. I dont know what % to say the shrub trimming 2x a yr and spring n fall clean up each 1x. Say the contract is 10K for the year,

1k spring clean up
2k fall clean up
500 shrubs
500 shrubs
then the other 6k for mowing sound about right

I knwo some of you are gonna say you gotta know how long each thing will take you but bottom line is i know how much this is worth just to present my bid i gotta see how i should state it ya no /????

I don't understand why you have to break it down at all.

I don't do commercial work anymore. But back when I did, I never broke it down and itemized my bid like that. I just detailed the work we were going to do, and then wrote down one total price. That's it!
