Getting very excited!! It should be here either the first or second week in April. Until this year we have used the push spreaders and skid mount spray tanks. Should be able to get alot more done more efficiently now

Welcome to the brotherhood.
Take note everybody. This man is just now buying his Z-spray. The posts that follow will be full of praise for it!
Answer to the question :What sucks about a z-spray?...You have to put gas in it.
Hey everything needs fuel. But if I was pushing my own spreader around, I'd have to put turkey sandwiches in me. You seen the price of shaved turkey these days?

GOT MY NEW Z-SPRAY JUNIOR YESTERDAY! WAS PUZZLED AS TO WHY IT HAD ICE HANGING FROM NOZZLES, AND FOUND ABOUT 3 GAL OF SLUSHY WATER IN TANK AND LINES??? OOPS, SOMEBODY FORGOT TO DRAIN IT ALL OUT........OTHER THAN THAT, IT SEEMS GREAT! EITHER PERMA GREEN IS PRICED TOO HIGH, OR THE Z-SPRAY IS PRICED WAY LOW!! THERE SEEMS TO BE NO COMPARISON IN THE WAY THEY ARE BUILT! GLAD TO FINALLY HAVE IT!:clapping:

I think ANT had is hands turn blue from sitting on them so he could get past the time line he was given.:clapping:
It is a much better machine for the money, so much easier to handle. The PG still has it's place in me biz...but very nice decision.

Are you sure it was water? They put RV antifreeze in the tanks to test them and there may be some residual. When I picked mine up I watched them do this. I believe the owners manual also recommends doing this for winter storage in cold climates.
Ant, the checks in the mail LOL!

I DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH RV ANTIFREEZE... IT WAS CLEAR, AND DEFINITELY FROZEN IN THE LINES, AND SLUSHY IN THE TANK? EITHER WAY, IT SEEMS TO BE OK.

they may have thought it would stay warm enough now (since it is supposed to be spring) that they may have used good old H2O!
