I have my pest license for MD. Yes I attend the boring recert at the convention center too! . I wanted to know, if you need a home improvement license as well to get things rolling for my own business. This will be just squirt/fert no landscaping. This is the only legal issue that has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
