ELM Chat Room??

I've tried a few times to get to this, but all I get is a "Page can't be displayed message". Is it very busy or something wrong on my end. I have the instant messenger icon on my desktop - is it automatically loaded ?

You have to double click this icon and then put in your password and user name to get it to load up. Then you can get in the Chat Room. :)
