I am going through the Small Business Administration trying to obtain a grant and I am stuck at providing a business plan. Can anyone give mo some pointers or even better pm me a sample. Thanks in advance.

These two site should have a business plan template you can follow. Simply respond to qeustions and the answers will populate the plan.
