OK here is the deal...
Went to see a potential customer about taking care of his yard annualy. When I show up I notice the lawn looks dead. I mean it really is gray and dead. He tells me that Chemlawn treated his lawn twice in two and a half weeks last year and killed it off.
So my question is, as I am a newbie, how the hell do I fix it without just replacing the entire lawn? I am honeslty thinking of just refering him on to a seasoned professional.
