yep, your exactly right John, it is a 14hp. I originally thought it was a 20 when I posted this but found out later it is a 14. Thanks for catching that.

I bought this in the spring at an auction. It was brand new. I was going to just try to sell it and make a profit and when I didn't get any action I just started mowing with it. My yard. I debated about keeping it for a trim mower then decided the more I put down on a compact tractor the better.

Metro36,

My truck is a super gas hog 12mpg and I figured up it would take about $120 to drive it that far not including 7 hours of my time. I would do it for $1,550.

I think my limit is about 100 miles for delivery otherwise. Let me know if that still interests you.

How much will you charge me for 100 miles? I fiqured half way would be about five hour drive not 7. My zip code is 11901.

I would bring it 100 miles for the original asking price. The seven hours was for there and back (3.5 hours each way).

also what year, and can you measure from the front of the front caster to the rear of drive wheels. Id like to kno, everone includes the handles in the measurement but i need to put another mower behind it. Thanks

Wow, this is pretty much exactly the mower I'm looking for... a 50" hydro drive! and cheap too! Sadly you are about a 14+ hour drive from me... Buy for $1,400 for a hydro drive that's almost worth it I think.

I'm curious too as to how old that machine really is. I haven't seen that round front deck on any gravely machine I've looked at before (new) and it was about 4 years ago when I was looking at them. I saw one like that on Ebay the other day, but I think it was OLD and very beat to death.

I think it is about 5 years old... don't ask me why it had 0 hours this spring being 5 years old because I don't know. :) Probably sat in someone's warehouse for that long.

I do know that it now has 112 hours and runs like new. Although it went faster when I got it than it does now because someone (me) tried adjusting the hydro linkages because it was pulling to one side slightly and I made it worse by doing so. I know it is just a matter of knowing what the H your doing when adjusting them but it seems like everytime I monkey with it I make it worse. So whoever buys it will need to spend a few minutes adjusting the linkages to get the speed it is capable of. I know it will go much faster because I have seen it. My son told me "Dad" you need to stop jacking with it your making it worse.

I'll have to get the measurement from front caster to back drive tire for you.

Not sure of the year. Maybe 2001ish. The length from drive wheel to front of deck is 57" (Deck is in front of front casters). Width is 55".
