Thanks 3rd alarm lawns

Just want to say thanks. I had asked a few weeks ago about a contract for lawn mowing and 3rd alarm lawns sent me one which i tweaked for my own use.
I passed out 2,000 flyers this week and have recieved 7 calls in which 4 of them have signed up with our service for this season.
I was a little hesitant at 1st, about getting people to sign a contract but as of yet, no one seems to mind.
