How much do you guys pay to your door hangers(the walkers not the hangers themselves) thanks in advance

I don't. I pay the local paper to put my fliers in their paper as an insert.You can cover thousands for the less.

I pay $7/hr, it gets rough walking for more than a few hours on end.

I dont pay either. I print out sheets of lables with the employees name on them. They can stick the lable on the back, when I get a new job from the doorhanger they passed out the employee gets $20. This is the only way I can be assured they are getting delivered and not just throw in the trash Doing doorhangers is optional for my helpers.
