Hey Guys, I'm Getting Out Of The Business. Need A Good Idea Of How Much My Current Contracts Are Potentially Worth To A New Owner. I've Got 5 Small Commercial Jobs That Average About $18,000 Annually. Is There A Special Formula To Figure Current Value Of This To A Potential Buyer. Any Help Is Appreciated..

Commercial accounts up here go for 2 months worth of income, if it has been contracted for more than one season. If only one season, then it's worth one month of income. Good Luck
