Amphitheatre bid

Anybody here ever mow for a large arena like this? What are the things you didn't think about until it was too late? The thing isn't finished yet, so I can't give a firm bid, but I want all my ducks in a row when I do.

Square footage??? Sidewalks, walkways?? Want it mowed on certain days. Like a Saturday before a big show?? Include shrubs?? More info.!!!
