View Full Version : Pricing in southwest florida

I am new to the business and I am working in southwest florida. I did a little research on pricing lawns here and found a price range between $70.00 and a $100.00 per month. I am trying stay in the middle. Many of the people here are very cheap. I had a guy tell me today that he wanted to pay $65.00 per month for his service. I mow, edge, trim and blow mainly and feel that I give a fair price.
I think $65.00 to $75 per month is a ridiculous price for these people to expect.
Does anyone have the same problem in s.w. florida? :usflag:

I think 65 is low for that area, in SW FL I know compaines getting 100$ a month for just mowing a postage stamp lawn. Up in my county you couldnt get any work offering 100$ a month for just mowing.

I get from 60 to 100 per lawn. Depends on the other stuff involved as in how much trimming, etc.

Wow, I dont think I would do it for 60 dollars a month. I try and have a minimum of 80 a month, and that is a yard that takes 10-15 minutes to do. Anyything less doesnt seem worth it.
