Sometimes the best thing to happen to you is not to get a bid. Know your numbers and stick to them.

Well! if I was sure of my numbers I wouldn't have asked the question. I know that the winning bid was to cheap, but sometimes I feel I need that reassurance. But also I forgot to include that there are sprinkler heads about ever 20 feet. The winning bidder bid $625 to edge all.
