Your opinions?

I'm an arborist in the northwest and have the opportunity to sell maintenance jobs as I talk to clients. Im considering a business that would broker tree work and/or maintenance work. Im in several leads groups and the maintenance guys cant make it cause they get going early and they are in the spot where they cant sell cause they are working. What kind of arrangement would work for any of you say theoretically I was out selling jobs for you...1 time fee, me managing your customer and taking a commission? I could pay when jobs are complete even on 30 day accounts to help the maintenance guy out with his cash flow. Any thoughts? JB

I would pay someone like that a 10% comission on anything they sold. Or would work as a sub too, for 90% of the money.lol
